How do I manage my account?

The CORFA website offers several features for account management. Click on the link in each section below to manage that part of your account:

  • Login information – manage or update your account’s email or password (note: your password is required to make these changes).
  • Forgot your password – click here if you need to change your password. You will receive an email message with instructions on how to reset your password. Note: if you lost access to the email account you used to sign up, you will either need to create a new account or reach to us directly to request help accessing your account.
  • Social accounts – you can choose to add a Facebook or Google account to help you sign in easier. First, you will have to connect to your Facebook/Google account, and afterwards you will be able to login using that platform rather than your login information.
  • Profile visibility settings – you can quickly edit the visibility of your profile fields. Visit this article to read more editing your profile visibility.
  • Blocked members – you can view and manage any members who you have blocked. Visit this article to read more about blocking members.
  • Request an export of your data – you may download a copy of all data you have created on this platform. An email will be sent to you to verify the request. Then the site admin will review your request and if approved, a zip file will be generated and emailed to you.
  • Delete your account – deleting your account will delete all of the content you have created. It will be completely irrecoverable.
