Scott Kahan

Scott Kahan retired from the Fish and Wildlife Service after serving over 30 years in a wide-ranging career.  He retired as Regional Chief of the National Wildlife Refuge System in the Northeast Region where he oversaw 76 units of the National Wildlife Refuge System.
